The making of an intro video

I put together a intro video for www.samuelhallett.com, head over there to check it out then come back here to see how I made it. I wanted to let everyone know just because I know what to do behind a camera, doesn't mean I know what to do in front of the camera.  Here is the proof!

Photos of how I shot the video after the break.

I took a few photos of the setup I used to shoot the video. The video was shot on a Panasonic Luminx point and shoot, unfortunatly the camera doesn't have any manual settings so everything was shot in auto.  I captured the audio on my Iphone and synced everything in post.  Below is the lighting I used to shoot the video.

 here is the entire setup
Here you can see the white paper on the wall and all of the lights used to light the background
I didn't light the background as evenly as I wanted, but it was lit enough to washout the background on video
The bulbs are daylight balanced cfl's 26watts or 100watt equivalent, this is a 16 bulb light bank I made
a ring light I put together

Here is the light I used for my main light
here is abs, he always has to be the center of attention
